Yoga at EMBC
Yoga, Sound and Brews is back at Eastern Market Brewing Company Sunday October 1st at 9:30 AM!
Kim of Soaring Siegel Yoga will be teaching a fully-guided slow flow class that will help you start your Sunday off right! The class will begins with movement and ends with a sound bath savasana with crystal singing bowls. Come enjoy a Sunday morning class and top it off with your favorite EMBC beverage!
Cost includes 60 minutes of yoga and one beverage of choice. Please bring your own mat.
